Dr. Hogans is an Apple Learning Coach, media specialist, and instructional technology consultant with over 25 years of experience in K-8 education. She played a key role in helping her school become the first Apple Distinguished School in Metro Atlanta and specializes in storytelling, literacy, and educational technology. She empowers educators to integrate technology and storytelling to enhance engagement. A passionate advocate for multiple intelligences, personalized learning, and innovative teaching, she believes libraries should be interactive learning environments where creativity and technology inspire deeper student engagement.
